Thank you for shopping with Bee Line Quilting! We are delighted to get your quilting supplies to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues, holidays).
3. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping: At this time, Bee Line Quilting does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

4. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our store located in Brighton, CO.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, typically within [1-2] business days after processing.

Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or print) when you come to collect your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track the status of your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
6. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. Fabrics are typically folded and sealed in protective packaging. Larger items may be shipped in appropriate boxes.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the damage before opening it, and then inspect the contents. Contact us immediately at Lisa@BeeLineQuilting.com within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building's management.

Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely.

Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please contact us at Lisa@BeeLineQuilting.com. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Bee Line Quilting is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
