Refund Policy

At Bee Line Quilting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to their nature:

  • Cut Fabric: Fabric that has been cut from the bolt (unless it is defective or incorrect upon arrival).

  • Patterns, Books, Magazines: Due to copyright restrictions, these items cannot be returned once purchased.

  • Digital Products: Downloadable patterns, e-books, or other digital content are non-refundable.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" or purchased from a clearance section are typically non-returnable.

  • Used Tools & Notions: Any tools, notions, or supplies that have been used or are not in their original, sealed packaging.

3. Returns for Classes & Workshops

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • If you cancel 14 or more before the class start date, you will receive a full refund.

    • If you cancel between 7 and 13 before the class start date, you will receive store credit for the full amount.

    • If you cancel less than 7 before the class start date, no refund or store credit will be issued.

  • Cancellation by Bee Line Quilting: If Bee Line Quilting cancels a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

  • Transfers: Class registrations are generally non-transferable to another person without prior approval from Bee Line Quilting.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Lisa@BeeLineQuilting.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Include RMA: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Lisa@BeeLineQuilting.com

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Lisa@BeeLineQuilting.com and send your item to the return address provided above.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) at Lisa@BeeLineQuilting.com with details of the product and the defect. Please include photographs of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective goods.
